| Handi Murgh Ginger Chicken |

Serves : 4
Ingredients
Chicken 1 kg (cut into 16 pieces)
Onion 1 cup (chopped)
Green chilies  6 (chopped)
Tomatoes 4 (chopped)
Oil ½ cup( 4tbsp )
Salt – to taste
Garlic paste 1 1/2 tbsp
Turmeric ¼ tsp
Garam Masala/ Chicken Masala /Chicken handi masala 
1/2 tsp  
Coriander leaves 2 tbsp (chopped)
Ginger 4 tbsp (finely chopped)
Chili powder 2  tsp
Water 1/2 cup
Method of preparation
In a vessel /Kadai  put chicken, onion, garlic paste, salt,
turmeric, chili powder with ½ cup of water.
Cook covered on low flame for 15 minutes until chicken half
done.
Add oil, fry well for 5 minutes.
Add tomatoes and fry well till oil comes on top and add
garam masala then fry for  2 minutes .
Lastly add green chilies, ginger  and coriander leaves.
