Ingredients
Socked  Toor Daal /
Lentils  – 50 grams 
Ginger-  2 inch  piece
Curry leaves-  2
sprigs
Shallots / Small onion/ onion  – 100 gms
Green chillies-  4 
Chilli powder  - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder-  ½ tsp
Salt- to taste
Method of Preparation
First grind Toor daal / lentils for 1 minute and Coarsely grind all the remaining ingredients together in a grinder
till well blended( Don’t make a smooth taste). 
Wet your palms and take a small
portion from the mixture and make cutlets. 
Shallow fry in hot oil till golden
brown on either side. 
Serve hot.
