Ladies Finger Fry - Special KFC style Recipe



Ingredients

1 cup all purpose flour /  Maida

1 tsp baking powder

2 Egg whites lightly beaten

500 gram cut ladies finger slices( circle shape)

1 tsp Garam Masala / All Spice Mix powder

1/2 cup finely chopped dry-roasted, salted peanuts

1 teaspoon salt ( to taste)

2 teaspoon pepper corn  crushed

Oil

Method preparation

Stir together all-purpose flour , baking powder ,  Garam masala/all spice mix , chopped peanuts, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Add sliced ladies finger, tossing to coat; gently press peanut mixture into ladies finger.


Pour oil to a depth of 2" into a Dutch oven or Deep frying pan ; Heat the Oil.

 Fry ladies finger mixture , in batches, 4 minutes or until golden; drain on paper towels.

Secret Spicy Home Made Fried chicken




Serves : 3

Ingredients

1/2 kilogram Chicken cut into medium pieces

1 Onion

6 cloves Garlic

1 inch Ginger

2 teaspoon Chili powder

1 teaspoon Coriander powder

1 teaspoon Fennel powder

1 teaspoon Sugar( As a binding agent)

1  teaspoon Spice Mix / Garam masala

1 teaspoon Turmeric powder

1/2 teaspoon Soy sauce

 2 Eggs only the whites

1 teaspoon Lemon juice

to taste Salt

 Oil for frying

1 tablespoon Corn flour

1 tablespoon Rice flour

Method of Preparation

Heat oil in a wok and fry the onions till it turns golden brown.

Grind the fried onions along with garlic and ginger and make a fine paste.

In a large bowl, mix the chicken together with the onion paste, chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, Spice Mix,lemon juice, soy sauce, salt and sugar.

Refrigerate the marinated chicken for one hour.

In a bowl, beat the egg white and then add the corn flour and rice flour.

Remove the marinated chicken from the refrigerator and dip each piece in the egg batter and arrange it on a flat plate.

Refrigerate again for another hour.

Heat oil in a deep wok and fry the chicken pieces.


Serve hot with Tomato sauce and  Chilly sauce
