Achari Paneer - Spicy paneer Masala


400 gm paneer ( cut into 2/2 squares)

1/2 green capsicum(diced)

1/2 yellow capsicum ( diced)

1/2 yellow capsicum( diced)

2 cherry tomatoes

For The Gravy

2 tbsp oil

1 tsp garlic paste

1 tsp ginger paste

2 tbsp red chilli paste

2 cups tomato puree

1/4 tsp kastoori methi

2 tsp mango pickle  

1/2 tsp red chilli powder

1 tsp garam masala powder

Salt to taste

1 tsp coriander leaves / Cilantro chopped

Method of preparation

Cut the paneer and capsicum and keep aside.

For the gravy- heat oil, add ginger , garlic and red chilli paste, tomato puree.
All powered spices, salt to taste, kasoori methi and simmer for 8-10 minutes.

Add in the paneer and peppers and mix well. Keep it simmer for 5 minutes.

Add in chopped pickle and masala.

Garnish with Cilantro.

Serve with  Rice
