Ingredients
1/2 kilogram Chicken cut into medium pieces
1 Onion
6 cloves Garlic
1 inch Ginger
2 teaspoon Chili powder
1 teaspoon Coriander powder
1 teaspoon Fennel powder
1 teaspoon Sugar( As a binding agent)
1 teaspoon Spice Mix
/ Garam masala
1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon Soy sauce
2 Eggs only the
whites
1 teaspoon Lemon juice
to taste Salt
Oil for frying
1 tablespoon Corn flour
1 tablespoon Rice flour
Method of Preparation
Heat oil in a wok and fry the onions till it turns golden
brown.
Grind the fried onions along with garlic and ginger and make
a fine paste.
In a large bowl, mix the chicken together with the onion
paste, chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, Spice Mix,lemon
juice, soy sauce, salt and sugar.
Refrigerate the marinated chicken for one hour.
In a bowl, beat the egg white and then add the corn flour
and rice flour.
Remove the marinated chicken from the refrigerator and dip
each piece in the egg batter and arrange it on a flat plate.
Refrigerate again for another hour.
Heat oil in a deep wok and fry the chicken pieces.
Serve hot with Tomato sauce and Chilly sauce
